Data Deletion
Instructions for requesting deletion of personal information held by BK Authority Media.
How to Request Deletion
If you have used BK Authority Media services or connected a TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or other supported account and want us to delete personal information we hold about you, send an email to:
Use the subject line Data Deletion Request and include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or connection, such as your name, platform username or account identifier, and the approximate date and nature of the interaction. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other authentication secrets.
TikTok Account Data
If you disconnect a TikTok account from our service, we will stop using newly authorized data from that connection, subject to technical processing and applicable retention requirements. You may also request deletion of personal information associated with the connection by contacting us using the method above.
What Happens Next
- We will review the request and verify that we can identify the relevant information.
- Where applicable, we will delete or anonymize the personal information we hold, subject to legal, security, accounting, or other legitimate retention requirements.
- We will respond to the request using the contact information you provided.
Third-Party Platforms
Deleting information from our records does not automatically delete information held directly by TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Meta, WhatsApp, Google, or other third-party platforms. For information held directly by those platforms, you should also use the privacy and data controls provided by the relevant platform.
