These Terms of Service govern your use of the BK Authority Media website and the services provided by Banuka Kannangara Pvt Ltd, operating as BK Authority Media.
1. Services
BK Authority Media provides creative services including video editing, short-form social content, motion graphics, content strategy, and related digital services. We may also provide software features that allow authorized business users to connect supported third-party accounts and manage approved publishing, messaging, and account-related workflows. Individual project scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, revisions, and payment terms may be agreed separately with the client.
2. Third-Party Account Connections
Where our services allow you to connect a TikTok or other third-party account, you represent that you have authority to connect and manage that account and that you will use the service in accordance with the applicable platform's terms and policies. You may only connect accounts for which you have the required authorization.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of TikTok or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated. Third-party platforms control their own services, permissions, availability, and policies.
3. TikTok Messaging and Automation
Where the applicable TikTok Business Messaging access is approved and available, our software may allow an authorized business account to view or manage direct-message conversations and send responses through approved TikTok functionality. Automated-reply features may process incoming messages and send configured responses on behalf of the authorized account.
Users are responsible for configuring automated messages appropriately and ensuring that their use of messaging features complies with applicable law, TikTok policies, and the rights of people receiving those messages. We do not guarantee that any particular TikTok API feature, message, delivery, or account capability will remain available.
4. Client Materials and Account Data
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for footage, images, music, logos, trademarks, documents, account connections, messages, and other materials you provide or authorize us to process. You authorize us to process those materials solely as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services.
5. Payments and Deliverables
Any quotation, invoice, milestone, deposit, or payment arrangement agreed with a client forms part of the applicable project terms. Work may be paused if agreed payments are not made when due.
6. Revisions and Approval
Project revisions are handled according to the scope agreed for the project. Once final deliverables are approved or a project is delivered, additional work may be treated as a new request unless otherwise agreed.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, cloud storage, hosting providers, or other software services. Their availability and terms are outside our control. We do not guarantee continued availability of third-party APIs, permissions, quotas, features, or account access.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership or licensing of final project deliverables, source files, templates, stock assets, music, fonts, and third-party materials will follow the terms agreed for the specific project. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
9. Website and Service Use
You agree not to misuse this website or our services, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, send spam or abusive automated messages, violate third-party platform rules, or interfere with the operation or security of the site or services.
10. Disclaimer
We provide services with reasonable care and professional skill. However, we do not guarantee specific business, advertising, audience, revenue, platform, messaging, or API results unless expressly agreed in writing.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
